Helping You Heal with the Intelligence of Your Heart

The Heart Therapist

untitled-5231_edited.jpg

Susan Zinn is a licensed psychotherapist and National Clinical Counselor known as The Heart Therapist™. She is the founder of Westside Counseling Center in Los Angeles, California, where she works with high-performing and high-functioning individuals who feel emotionally disconnected, overwhelmed, or unable to slow down, helping them reconnect with themselves and feel fully alive again.

Her work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy and nervous system regulation with a focus on the heart to help clients understand why they may appear successful on the outside while feeling disconnected on the inside.

As a certified trauma and eating disorder specialist and mental health media contributor, Susan brings a modern understanding of how trauma shows up beneath success, productivity, and constant forward motion.

She believes trauma does not have to define our lives. When we learn to listen inwardly, strengthen boundaries, and restore inner safety, healing becomes more sustainable, and joy becomes possible again.

Recognized for the "Inspirational Women and Leadership Award" in acknowledgment of noteworthy success and accomplishments
